This floral arrangement is absolutely amazing. It is big, large, gorgeous and incredible. It is chic and elegant and looks so good. After it arrived, I put it on the island in the kitchen it is so lifelike every time anyone looks at it they think its real. Valentines Day came and So did a dozen red roses. Usually, I put them on the island and showcase them, but this year I put them in another room and kept this floral arrangement on the island as the centerpiece and focal point. It is that gorgeous!!! I highly recommend this boutique and this floral artist! Amazing that they create such stunning and beautiful pieces.
RETURNS POLICY
1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship back within: 7 days of delivery
2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.
3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).
4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

SHIPPING
Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
