The was the second one of the three flowers I purchased. The first one was perfect for a table arrangement but the second was not. I emailed and they stated to try bending if the wanted it to be seen from all sides. She also mentioned it was not necessarily an arrangement for all sides. But the description did not state it would not work as a centerpiece and the first does. I have t tried to bend but did not work.
The flowers are beautiful just will not work for a centerpiece for the wedding. I would just think after purchasing 5 items of different sizes they would be more helpful.

I bought this piece for my home office coffee table, but it really does not fit well on a low table. Just yesterday, I received my side table for my small office and because it is higher, I can make it work. It appears that this item because of its low profile base, does not suit a low table top or a high top. I had originally bought it for my home office coffee table, or the top shelf of my bathroom shelf. It did not fit either one. When I got my side table delivered, I was able to find a place for it. I am keeping it!!!.
The seller was nice and shipping was fast; however, do not buy if you want silk flowers. The arrangement was as shown but the flowers are not silk and was foam-like. I was not happy with the appearance and overall quality.

1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship back within: 7 days of delivery
2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.
3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).

SHIPPING
Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
